For those of you coming to this blog to find a response to the Letter to the Record-Delta Editor on Wed. Aug. 20 by the Upshur Co. Development Authority Board of Directors, you can be assured that the response is coming and should appear in next Wednesday's edition along with some new information on this blog.
And for those of you who wished that school would start back so that my time would be preooccupied with helping my students toward critical thinking, it has and I am. However, the students have only served to reinvigorate me. Plus, I have some great case study material now. I thank the Development Authority for bringing all of this back to the surface. The Coalition is re-energized.
Also, as the moderator of this blog, I have kept it a policy to let people make what remarks they wish public and available here. Both pros and cons. Even those who have stereotyped me and who don't even know me. The blog will rile some feathers, understood. But its purpose is a support mechanism for those who feel theatened by this calamity and do not have a say in it through "traditional" methods.
Recent posts are moving toward feedback name-calling between those who post (also known as Flaming). Please stick to the issues and don't use this blog as a means to call each other names. Future posts such as these will be deleted.

Believe me, no was was worried. We all new that you would be back. It sure has been a welome break, though.
I hope you haven't pushed your students into your way of thinking. You are supposed to be a leader that teaches students to have their own thoughts. Not preach to them that what you say is ALWAYS correct. That is what you have done. Believe it or not.
As for you deleting comments made on this blog, if you delete anything that I write or have written in the past, you have best delete those from Elijah as well. If my memory serves me correctly he has slandered our Mayor and others beyond belief. I know you speak mostly of what I have written, because it is not what you want it to say.
If my words are deleted, which I feel very strongly about, you are taking away my "WRITE TO FREE SPEECH". It is my Civil Right to be able to say what I believe.
That is what you have been saying all along.
One more thought.......You say that people have stereotyped you. What do you think you have done to Weatherford. And for that matter, what do you think that you and Elijah (your partner in crime) have done to our elected officials. Especially, the Mayor.

I don't know what makes you think that I don't live in City Limits. I just have to drive through Tennerton each day. Although, it doesn't really matter. I don't really think that you are a TRUE WEST VIRGINIAN, so until you prove otherwise, you shouldn't be allowed to run for office.
Also, I am very proud to be a WOMAN!!! From what I gather from your response, you don't don't have much experience with women. Your comments are very degrading. Just to think that there are still men out there that think women are not equal to men. I know plenty of men who WHINE about ridiculous things. Two names come to mind. Peter and Elijah.
Anyways, I have spoken to the Mayor and he seems to be a very decent, upstanding person. And until he proves otherwise I will believe this. That is the glory of being an AMERICAN.
As for your inside information, it is VERY apparent that you don't know who I am. Because, I have much more inside info than you would be able to process.
Just as I stated before, if my comments are deleted then Mr. Galarneu had better delete Elijah's comments as well. He has been very degrading to our elected officials and now to women.

You say that I am intuitive (which is correct), however I am so glad you didn't say that about yourself. If you would have read all the posts that I made you would know who I am. Not my name, but who. I am not any relative of the Council or Mayor.

It's not about personal matters,it's about gov./citizens matters the American way. Mr. Mayor is a big boy who can speak for himself and I wish he would, as well as all the other elected official. Also, I am pretty sure that an industry does not possess an emotional trait.
